With STARCAR, it's quick and easy to rent a car online: Simply enter the start and duration of your rental and select your preferred model. We also need an estimate of how many kilometers you would like to cover with the rental car. Of course, we are also happy to take your booking over the phone or via WhatsApp. The STARCAR location in Frankfurt's Ostend district is available for pick-up.
VEHICLE RENTAL AT STARCAR: IMPORTANT INFORMATION
We would like to make the collection of your rental car as quick as possible for you. Therefore, please bring the following documents with you when you pick up your smart EQ or a comparable vehicle in Frankfurt
- Driver's license
- German ID or passport with registration certificate (not older than 6 months)
- Credit, debit or EC card, depending on the vehicle group reserved. Please note: We do not accept prepaid credit cards.
