Supply bottlenecks, staff shortages and the general consequences of the coronavirus pandemic - like many industries, car rental companies struggled with the economic problems of the time in 2021. The difficult market conditions also left their mark on Starcar Europa Service Group AG. Since the merger of the two large mobility companies Starcar and Europa Service, the past few years have been characterized by a challenging post-merger phase. "Experiencing our largest business areas through the eyes of a manager as an employee was incredibly exciting and informative," says Jens Hilgerloh. "I am delighted to have such a great and motivated team behind me. But we still need to improve in some aspects."
