Conditions of participation
Magnifest Braunschweig Action
1. Organizer of the raffle
STAR CAR GmbH Kraftfahrzeugvermietung, Süderstraße 282, 20537 Hamburg, Germany (hereinafter "SC"). The prize draw is not connected to Instagram and/or Facebook.
2. Eligibility to participate
All natural persons aged 18 and over who are permanently resident in the Federal Republic of Germany are eligible to participate. Employees of SC and its affiliated companies and their relatives are excluded from participation. Participation is free of charge and does not depend on prior conclusion of a contract. By participating in the prize draw, participants accept these terms and conditions of participation. SC reserves the right to exclude the persons concerned from the prize draw in the event of a breach of these conditions of participation or attempts at manipulation or fraud.
3. Prize draw period
The prize draw period begins on 07.09.2023 at 08:00 and ends on 09.09.2023 at 20:00 CEST. Entries received after this time will not be considered, regardless of the reason for the delay.
4. Participation in the prize draw
Eligible persons declare their willingness to participate in the prize draw by following STARCAR and the Northern.events account via their own Facebook/Instagram account and liking and commenting on the post on the topic "Magnifest Braunschweig". Only one entry per Facebook/Instagram account is permitted. The only participant is the person who is to be regarded as the materially authorized person with regard to the Facebook/Instagram account. Repeated participation will result in complete exclusion from the prize draw. The winning person agrees to be named in our story.
5. Prize
The prize will be drawn from among those who accept the conditions of participation:
A weekly rate Mini Cooper Convertible (model subject to availability) drive incl. 1,500km free, a free additional driver and €650 CDW
Cash payment of the prize is excluded.
6. Notification of winnings
The winner will be announced on 09.09.2023 at around 20:30 on the SATRCAR stage at the Magnifest. In addition, the winner will be notified on 11.09.2023 via a comment under the posted entry. If the winners do not confirm their acceptance within 24 hours, the prize will be forfeited and new winners may be drawn.
7. Legal recourse and exclusion of liability
Legal recourse is excluded. Liability for any transmission errors is excluded. The prize draw can be terminated by SC at any time and without giving reasons.
8. Data protection
SC observes the data protection regulations at all times during the prize draw. By participating in the prize draw, participants declare their consent to their personal data being stored and used by SC for the purpose of conducting the prize draw (in particular evaluation of the prize draw, determination and notification of the winner, prize processing). All participating persons have the right to revoke this consent at any time during the prize draw process without giving reasons by sending an email to marketing@starcar.de and thus withdraw from participation in the prize draw. The data will be used exclusively for the prize draw.
