To ensure that the handover of your rental car runs as quickly and smoothly as possible, please have the following documents ready for the service staff
- Driver's license
- German ID or passport with registration certificate
- Credit, debit or EC card depending on the vehicle group reserved. Please note: We do not accept prepaid credit cards
- Driver and company card (if you are renting a 7.49to/12to or 5.25to with AHK commercially)
Note: Please note that the minimum age for some rental vehicles is 25 years. This applies, for example, to STARCAR luxury cars or some convertibles.
