WHAT YOU NEED TO BOOK A TRUCK AT STARCAR IN KIEL
At STARCAR you will also find a suitable van if you only have a class B or 3 driving license – our rental vans up to and including group 6 with a payload of around one tonne and 4x2x2 meter loading area are available to you. Group 7 and 8 trucks require a class C1 driving license. For the 12-ton truck, you must have a C driving license.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE BOOKING
Please bring your driver's license and the following documents with you to our location in Kiel if you want to rent a truck:
- German ID or passport with registration certificate (not older than 6 months)
- Depending on the vehicle group reserved, a credit, debit or EC card. Please note: We cannot accept prepaid credit cards.
- Driver and company card (if you want to rent one of our large trucks commercially)
Note: Please note the following when renting a van or truck: Check the required driving experience in advance. In addition, you may need a special driving license – for the trucks in our vehicle groups 7 and 8, for example, a class C1 license is required, for the rental vehicles in group 9 a class C license.
