To ensure that the handover runs smoothly, we ask you to bring the following documents with you when you collect the vehicle from the Düsseldorf station
- Driver's license
- German ID or passport with registration certificate
- Credit, debit or EC card depending on the vehicle group reserved. Please note: We do not accept prepaid credit cards
- Driver and company card (if you are renting a 7.49to/12to or 5.25to with AHK commercially)
Note: Please note that the minimum age of the driver for some rental cars is 25 years. This applies, for example, to our luxury cars and some convertibles.
